WHAT IS ADHD & EXECUTIVE FUNCTION COACHING?

ADHD coaching is a strengths-based approach that helps individuals understand how their symptoms impact behavior and develop strategies to improve executive functioning. It supports key areas like organization, time management, emotional regulation, and goal setting.

Through coaching, individuals can:

Overview of the modules

– Our coach training is approved by the International Association of Therapists and our coaches can register with them upon receiving competency. All our coaching courses are solution-based and resilience building and our coaches work within a particular scope of practice.

Dual Certification: Certified Life Coach Certified ADHD/Executive Function Coach

CPDs – HPCSA Points: 25 clinical, 5 ethics | ASCHP: 12 external

– 12 week course

– 6 live training days – scheduled dates

– Community project (practical) – self paced

Booking Process

Step 1: Initial Inquiry: Contact us via email or fill out the inquiry form below. We will send you detailed information about our training programs and answer any questions you may have. Response Time: We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours.

Step 2: Complete your application process by sending us an email, providing your personal details, professional background, and reason for joining the program. Documents: Attach any necessary documents, such as your CV or certification, if applicable.

Step 3: Confirmation & Payment Information: Once your application is reviewed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your acceptance into the program, as well as detailed payment instructions. Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. Deposit/Full Payment: You can either pay a deposit to secure your spot or make the full payment upfront. Deposit payment must be completed within 7 days of acceptance to confirm your spot.

Step 4: Final Confirmation Receipt & Welcome Pack: After payment is processed, we will send you a payment receipt. Your welcome pack, including program details, access to resources, and any pre-course reading material will be sent 3 days before the start date. Program Start Date: Your program start date will be confirmed, along with details on how to access the training materials or attend live sessions.

Step 5: Certification is done once you have completed all modules, assignments and your community project
