This programme forms part of the commitment to supporting members’ holistic wellbeing beyond clinical care, helping them navigate lifestyle, work, and personal challenges with practical, forward-focused support.

  • Provide virtual, one-on-one health and life coaching sessions for members
  • Empower members with tools for personal wellbeing, motivation, and self-leadership
  • Offer a preventative, growth-focused approach that complements existing wellness benefits
  • Serve as a pilot phase to test engagement, outcomes, and scalability for a full 2026 rollout

  • Format: Virtual (via secure, confidential platforms such as Zoom or MS Teams)
  • Facilitation: Conducted by experienced Wellness Coaches (diversity in culture and languages)
  • Coordination: Scheduling and member management facilitated
  • Reporting: Aggregate anonymised session feedback and participation metrics provided quarterly
